The plug is wrong, the seller sent UK plug instead US plug I ordered, they just sent an universal adapter to make an alternative plug. The machine quality is poor, bowl is really light, the blade is not working properly, it's hard to chop food. Need to be careful to purchase this item.

I received this product it came the rubber base came off then the plug its has universal adaptor then the base i put a pads so that it will stable while blending

I ordered US electrical plug but it came with European plug which used 220 Volt, I had to replaced with US type plug which work in 120Volt. The motor runs OK but may be works at lower power.
