Shipping and Returns

Dispatch

Worldwide shipping is available (with some exceptions, including APO/FPO).

Orders will be processed as soon as possible after verification of payment.

We only ship to confirmed order addresses. Your order address must match your shipping address.

Delivery time is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Delivery time may vary, especially during the holiday season.

If you have not received your shipment by the estimated delivery date, please contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible.

Due to stock status and time differences, we will ship your item from our first available warehouse for prompt delivery.

The buyer is responsible for any tax or duty charges.

Returns

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days.

Note that the images may not represent the actual item and are for your reference only. Products are measured by hand, so there may be a small margin of error.

If you receive your item, please contact us and return it within 15 days for a replacement or money back.

All returned items must be in the original packaging and you must provide us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return, and your order ID.

Return shipping is paid by the buyer.
