There were no issues with the item - it was new. It did arrive a bit late, but that was because the price was above the duty threshold. Anyway, this grinder does seem to produce the clarity it is famous for, but the drawback is that the resulting brew is "tealike" and I am not sure if I like it. I do not have such doubts when using, for instance, the k-ultra or jx-pro grinders, both for pour-over and for aeropress.
