Excellent toaster. So far the browning levels on the touch screen comes out identically on the bread. Product was received very quickly. If you are considering this item make sure you remember there is only 1 touch screen for both sides so you cannot toast each side to a different browning level they must be the same. That can make it take longer if your family has different preferences on how dark they like their toast.
