The first pair of speakers did not arrive at all. They were apparently held up in a shipping debacle of some sort. However the company responded quickly and fairly and refunded the cost of the speakers and shipping. I still wanted the speakers and so tried again trusting them that they fixed the previous problem . To their credit the speakers arrived in good time and in good working condition and I am pleased with the product and the company's service. Good job gentlemen. Thank you.
