Product is good but it was badly packaged. The Keyboard had no protective packing and was in a simple plastic envelop. It was mixed with a lot of other goods that I ordered, and because of it simple packing when it arrived it was a bit damaged. It was curved. I was able to fix it but the plastic at the top that had to move to access the screws, had one crack and was limited in the moving. Anyway, I manage to fix it and placed it on the Laptop. But honestly if you simply put that Item between two cardboard pieces and then put it in an envelop that would have saved me a lot of work, and I would probably have the keyboard without that small crack that it has now.

Product arrived quicker than expected, and is in fully working condition as opposed to a previous order. Got a bit of trackpoint creep, but that may go away with a little use.Hope I wont have to, but would order again from this vendor if necessary in the future.

Great product, but be careful when installing it, look up a video on youtube BEFORE doing it, as it's very easy to break if handled too hard. I broke one before i was smart enough to watch a video. Great product, looks and feels OEM
