The connection diagram of the No power version is the same as that of the Need power version. Both can be connected to the power supply to charge the mobile phone. The No power version can be used without connecting to the power supply. Please do not initiate disputes because of the connection method of the packaging after receiving it.

If the display fails or there is a problem with the display, there may be the following reasons:

1. The interface of your mobile phone is aging. High-definition HD transmission requires a complete connection to the 8-pin interface. If your mobile phone can be charged, it may only need 2-4 pins to successfully connect, but for video cables, a complete 8-pin connection is required.

2. Check your HDMI-compatible cable. The mobile phone to TV video cable cannot use ordinary HDMI-compatible cables. It requires 4K or above high-definition cable transmission.
