Q1: I didn't receive the package. What should I do?

A1: Please leave us a message. If the delivery time exceeds the promise time, we will give you a full refund or if you can wait patiently, we will resend the new package.

Q2: I have received the package, but the product is damaged. What should I do?

A2: Please contact us in the first time and provide a picture or video to tell me what is wrong with the product.

If the product is indeed damaged or does not work properly, we will refund or resend the new package in full.

Q3: I want to do dropshipping / Wholesale, what should I do?

A3: For dropshipping, simply leave a message in the order "dropshipping" and we will blindly send it to your customers without any information and price from our company.

For Wholesale, please send a message to our AliExpress customer service. If the order exceeds $200, we will give a bigger discount.

Q4: How long have I received the package?

A4: Usually the delivery time is 15 to 60 days; if you choose ePacket, Aliexpress Standard Shipping, the delivery time is about two weeks.
