ok the product itself.....🤌 but what happened was.... they supposedly shipped it to a completely different city 6 hours away in my state. I tried to contact them over and over for over a week. crickets. I had express step in, left a bad communication review...Finally someone got back to me and said that it was on its way and they were sending it "urgent" for a week and a half I begged for a new tracking number since this item had already tracked as delivered. I got the run around and weird answers that made absolutely no sense in the delivery world 😐 🙃. it Finally did show...by Amazon. it was an Amazon driver, Amazon packaging 📦 everything 🤣🤣🤣 I don't know what was going on, if it was an honest mistake and they are just THAT bad at getting back to people or what but I'll never order from this company again. that being said..... it's gorgeous 😍 lol I do love it. taking 2 stars away for the whole debacle
