We ordered the item on April 29, 2024, it was delivered on May 5, 2024 and returned on May 15, 2024. The item does not have a side door, as described in the picture. The application was closed on the grounds that the return period had expired. We have the receipt for the return. We have written to the seller but have not received a response yet. The goods are no longer there and no money was refunded.
