This spray gun is a mini small caliber suitable for small area repair
Operating instructions:
1 - Preparation: connect the air inlet of the spray gun body with the compressed air source before use (the compressed air must be filtered by the oil-water separator before entering the spray gun),and connect the air pipe with a pressure of 0.45-0.5MPA
2 - spray adjustment: Turn the fog amplitude adjusting screw clockwise until it is tightened to obtain the fog amplitude of circular section. If you rotate clockwise, you can obtain the fog width of the elliptical (sector) section you need, and adjust the length according to the actual needs.
3 -- Adjustment of spray gun output: Turn the adjustment screw of spray volume clockwise to reduce the opening stroke of the needle plug, and the paint output will be reduced accordingly. Rotate anticlockwise, and spray gradually increases.
4 - Air volume adjustment: Turn the air volume adjustment screw clockwise to gradually reduce the air volume. Turn counterclockwise and the air volume gradually increases
5 - Method of use: When you use it, slightly pull the trigger to make the air valve open but the needle plug not open, and the compressed air flows from the air flow nozzle, then the dust on the coating surface can be blown away, and then
Continue to pull the trigger back. The spray nozzle sprays paint mist.
