Warm Tips

1.If the heating pad is not tightly inserted into the power supply, the controller will continue to blink. If the heating pad automatically shuts down after working for a period of time, the overheat protection will be turned on. Please press the power button again to turn on the power supply.

2.After the controller is connected to the heating pad, connect the power supply; otherwise, the controller will flicker.

3.After the controller is disassembled, the heating pad can be machine washed in water ≤ 40 ℃ to keep it sanitary and comfortable.
