1:To Germany customers
Please tell us your EORI number if you want to ship by FedEx or TNT . Without them, we could only by DHL, Hong Kong post or China Post !
2 :To Russian customers
Please leave your full name (at least 3 words) , including first name, middle name and last name, otherwise Russian Post will not releases the parcel and return to China !And if you want to choose Cainiao Heavy Parcel Line to ship,please leave your Tax Number.
3:To Brazilian customers
If you want to ship by FedEx, DHL, TNT, UPS, please tell me your tax number ( CPF or CNPJ ). Without it, customs will return goods to China .
4:To Ukraine, Belarus customers
If you choose to ship by China Post(especially Ukraine, Belarus ),please wait patiently, it is somewhat slow, at least will take about 30 days .
5：For Some Products，Like buy a new car it will has some smelling,it's totally normal situation, when you using at the beginning it may have some smelling even slight smoke comes from motor, but don't worry, that because the new motor
gets heating up lubricant which coated on coils, it will goes away after few more times use. Thanks for your attention.

1.We can send the parcel by China Registered Mail Post or HongKong Registered Post Air Mail,e-Packet,China Express or China EMS,DHL,Fedex,UPS...
2.Most countries can receive the parcel within 15~35 business days shipping via China Registered Mail Post or HongKong Registerd Post Air Mail or e-Packet.
3.DHL,Fedex,UPS shipping could delivery the parcel during 1~8 business days for most countries.
4.EMS shipping usually takes 7~15days business days,(The deal delivery date dependent on the express of customer own country).
5.POS Malaysia Shipping & China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus Both without the tracking information.
6.If you have not received your parcel within 30 days after parcel shipped out,please contact with us.We would track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possibe with reply.Our goal is customer satisfaction~!
7.Import Duties/ Tax Fee/ Charges are not included in price of items or Shipping Fee,These Charges are the buyers' responsibility.
