Le produit est livré dans un carton doublement protégé, n'empêche que certaines pièces sont légèrement abîmées mais je dois dire et redire que le service après-vente de ce vendeur est extraordinaire !!! Car quand j'ai pu faire fonctionner le brûleur, l'allumage Piezzo de l'appareil est tombé en panne. Après plusieurs vérifications avec le vendeur, il a promis de me renvoyer une pièce de rechange en plus des frais que j'ai avancés pour la douane. Les communications avec ce vendeur sont faciles, rapides et efficaces. Que puis-je dire sinon BRAVO et MERCI au vendeur!
