arrived broken. packaging was not good and the product quality is unsatisfactory. Do you have a better quality?

Don't buy it, but don't buy it. It doesn't do any good. It's no different than any other freezer. products are not produced. It does not keep in the cold. Do not try to start it because it is a motor, put it in a normal freezer and organize the ice storage unit.
