The goods were delivered very quickly and arrived without a single dent. The beautiful box alone suggests that this is a great product. I was not disappointed. I unpacked it and tried it out. Everything works perfectly. I really didn't think that the tartar would be so easy to remove. However, you can hardly hope for support, because I had written to Seago beforehand and asked which replacement brushes would fit. Unfortunately, I didn't get an answer and basically bought the ultrasonic toothbrush blindly, because I couldn't find any customer feedback about it. It's actually a shame that the USB cable isn't USB-C, it was probably cheaper to produce that way.
