Remove Crease:
Roll it (Tightly)on a tube for one night or longer to improve crease.If necessary, please iron the back side (not the image side) with low tempertrue to easily remove the crease, To avoid possible steam damage,place a layer of dry cloth between the backdrop and the iron.

Q: I have files can be printed directly, how to send to you?

The better that you provide us a photo which more than 2MB(2X1024KB),and in JPG. format; if you have not,do not worry, providing us any photo is ok,usually 80% of them we can do the backdrop for you..not 100%.
