About the item:
1. After receiving the package, please open the package in the presence of the post office staff. If the package is damaged or empty (stolen),please ask for the ab official document from the post office and abide by it on the spot.
2. All products are 100% authentic and will be fully tested before shipping.
3. For LED projectors, since the design is not completely dust-proof, dust may enter the projector during transportation, which often happens and is not a problem with the quality of the machine. If you have such a projector, we will send you an instructional video on how to clean it.
4. As with all LED projectors, generally the higher the brightness, the louder the noise. Buyers can try to replace the low-power fan, but it will reduce the brightness and heat dissipation. We do not accept such disputes. 5. Due to the technical characteristics of LCD, the minimum projection size is 40 inches, otherwise it cannot be clearly adjusted.
