The quality is good however mounting on an ACTION2 was very tight and difficult. I looked carefully and saw that this was caused by these 2 bumps on the sides under each clip. If you shave or file off those bumps then it fits the ACTION2 really well. Overall though the other magnet base without the rubber padding is a better fit (I bought both)
