If you receive a damaged package, please do not leave negative feedback right away. Instead, contact us as soon as possible. Due to time zone differences, we will respond to your message within 24 hours and provide you with a satisfactory solution. Your five-star feedback is our greatest motivation.

Please note that all product prices exclude taxes. When the package arrives in your country, you may need to pay the corresponding taxes, which will be the buyer's responsibility.

Special Reminder for Brazilian Customers:

According to Brazilian tax policy, all packages sent to Brazil require the buyer to bear the taxes (or customs duties). We cannot provide specific tax rate information.

When the package arrives in Brazil, the buyer must pay the taxes within 30 days. If the buyer fails to pay the taxes on time, the package will be returned to China. Please note that we will not provide a full refund, but will deduct the shipping cost from China to Brazil, which is approximately 100 US dollars.
