The product works perfectly. However, despite the description, it has an US plug (type A) instead of an EU plug so an adapter is needed. In addition, the instructions to assemble are only in Chinese. It was easy to figure it out without the instructions though.

Muy contenta!! Tengo a dos gatos y beben de ahí que da gusto! Antes una de ellas solo bebía del grifo del lavabo. Es igual como en la web, muy recogido, hace algo de ruidito por el filtro, pero no es molesto.
