Arrived earlier than planned. The upper part that's bended is not perfectly rounded when first zipping it shut, but I shaped it easily with a hot hair dryer so it's more like the pictures. Slight smell, but not overwhelming. I haven't been able to test it with a cat yet as I bought it in preparation of adopting one. Comes with a sturdy board lined with fleece on the upper side to reinforce the bottom of the bag
