I received it very fast. The quality is ok, but for our hot summer days in Turkey, the cooling will not work. My puppy liked this matt, but it cannot sleep on it for longer then 10 minutes, because it still get hot. The jel is not working for us. For conclusion, if you are living in a hot country like we in Turkey, it will not work and is a loss of money. If you are living in a not that much hot country, so maybe it can work and your dog will live it.
