Only One adapter and it's for the front. which is normal.
why?
please look at the install holes of fork and frame, they are different. The rear brake is directly installed without adapter (for 140 rotor). If your fork and frame have the same mounting hole, then you are probably looking at the wrong product. I guess your standard is 74mm PM. Please go to check MTB brake for that.
About Disc Brake- New Rotor and Pads

Front brake 140 and 160 compatible
In the new version, we have redesigned the appearance so that it can be compatible with 140 and 160 at the same time by the same adapter. If you feel that the braking force is not enough, you can easily change the front brake to 160 disc.
what's the different between old and new ?
The new version is an improved version of the old, which mainly optimizes the piston and oil circuit design. Changed to metal pads, no heat sink, because it is not needed, the metal pads have strong resistance to heat, and the disc is changed to a more cost-effective style , Of course if you need luxury configuration, you can choose floating disc even cooling disc.
