I recently had a very negative experience with this seller, who I believe is a scammer. When you buy a heavy item from this seller, around 70lbs, they won’t ship it to you. Instead, they will send a light envelope via FedEx, and you’ll see that your order is supposedly being delivered, but it will be delivered to a different city. In my case, the delivery address was Westlake Village, but the FedEx tracking showed delivery to Santa Rose. After this, the seller will stall, promise to resolve the issue, and ask you to wait. Eventually, they will offer to resend the order for free, and you’ll start waiting for the new package. The marketplace won’t help you get your money back if you don’t open a dispute within 15 days of the supposed delivery. The seller deliberately drags out the process so that you miss the dispute window and never intends to send the actual item. This is a common scam tactic. I reported this issue to customer support, hoping they will take action against this store.
