it takes time to receive items from over seas so that is a given fact. but the seller kept me informed every step of the way. they were very responsive every time I write them. I feel confident that they had the best intentions I would receive my sax. the seller packed the item very well. it showed great care. the sax arrived in pristine condition. normally I would expect to have to make adjustments due to shipping but everything was in great working order. the saxophone is really good quality. amazing for the price. please but from these guys!
